Jo Ross-Jackson has been providing Audiology services to the hearing impaired for more than 20 years. 

Frustrated working for companies who's focus was not the client, Jo opened her own business in 2020 under the name Jo Ross-Jackson Hearing Centres (JRJHC).

As a small Independent company, Jo Ross-Jackson Hearing Centres is family owned and operated, where the ownership and management is the same family.  Jo has recently been joined in the practice by both of her daughters Kaitlyn and Lisa, who both hold senior roles. 

JRJHC can offer a range of products and services tailored to suit an individual’s needs.  The latest in testing equipment is used and we are accredited to supply fully funded hearing aids to Pensioners (under the Hearing Services Program), DVA and WorkCover clients as well as looking after private clientele. There is no charge* for clients with valid referrals from our affiliated GPs (with the exception of  VicPol applications and Industrial tests).

As a completely independent company, JRJHC is not tied to any particular manufacturer. Therefore JRJHC is able to offer a wide range of hearing aids to choose from including completely hidden in the ear, rechargeable, small discreet behind the ear, Bluetooth connectivity for android and iPhone as well as assistive listening devices for the TV. After the initial fitting, all consultations and adjustments, if required, are completely Free of Charge for the life of the hearing aid.

JRJHC are not limited to hearing aids and hearing tests, all clinics also offer Tinnitus counselling and management solutions, custom sleep and noise plugs and wax removal via micro-suction.  

Throughout the past 5 years we have expanded our services with the addition of new sites, including a new permanent location at Carrum Downs.  We continue to grow with the expansion of services to cover nursing homes and West Gippsland.  
We couldn't possibly cover such a wide area without the help of some very talented and special people.  We are thrilled to announce our clinical team is now  Jo,  Kaitlyn,  as our second Audiometrist, based out of our Carrum Downs location and Aimee as our dedicated wax removal and hearing screening specialist, based at our Myrtleford office.

Our Customer Support team headed by our newly appointed Practice Support Manager Lisa, is perfectly complete with the additions of Jacki and Romina, with Narelle moving to a customer support/accounts management role.
